Cooking and my passion for food from scratch
Cooking and my passion for making food from scratch was something I learnt from my mother since birth.
I bake all our breads, cakes, pizzas all from scratch using home ground grains.
With a thriving garden we preserve our fresh produce throughout the winter to last till Spring. I have learnt the art of food preservation, canning and fermenting over the past 3 decades. I started this blog about 4 years back to share my knowledge with the world.

I never quit learning and studying, so I continued learning a lot about natural treatment for common ailments, I research natural remedies, and I have collected a lot of hand me down Ayurveda remedies from my family. I practice yoga regularly and try to meditate regularly.
I can speak about 7 languages fluently, but consider English to be my first language.
At home we speak English, German and Swiss-German.
